“We are all just walking each other home” - Ram Dass

Welcome

Life is full of paradoxes, truths contradictory to each other. The mind is never able to hold both of these seemingly opposing truths. Beyond the mind however, all of these seemingly opposing truths can peacefully co-exist.

One truth is that all is one, I am nobody. It’s emptiness, but it's an emptiness that paradoxically feels full, a state of pure consciousness untouched by the narratives, thoughts, or identities that typically define existence.

However, there is also the experience of a separate life, in my case that of Nynke. Here lots of things are seemingly happening. This is contrary to the above mentioned, where nothing is ever happening at all. In the experience of a separate life there is lots of conditioning and life is seemingly unfolding. There are stories and events taking place.

Slowly things fall away and realisations arise of the pure consciousness. An understanding that all is well and I am okay in every moment has seemingly arisen. This is where life starts being lived purely on intuition, rather than thought.

Ultimately the ego was only there as a protective cloak, once we see we are just fine, the need for it disappears and it falls away into nothingness. This seemingly is a process, it usually doesn’t happen all at once. It often happens one trigger at a time. Presence and knowing you are fine will dissolve it, this seemingly does not end, it only deepens.

Eventually it’s seen that there never was anything to begin with.

If you are currently in the process of waking up or if you have any questions please fill in this form and Nynke will be in touch.
